Several months ago we decided to replace our original 7 year old all electric HVAC with a new and more efficient electric/gas HVAC platform unit. Rheaco was highly recommended to us so we selected them for the turn key operation. We are extremely pleased with both the equipment and their service. Since the work was done in mid winter, they scheduled their work so there was minimum down time to be without heat. Everything was done as promised in a very professional manner. "I'd like to share my recent experience with Rheaco Service. I called them after my Lennox AC called it quits after 21 years of service. Mike came to my house to check out the job then prepared a bid consisting of five alternative AC units. Within three days following my selection, two Rheaco teams headed by Brad and Mathew installed the new unit, repaired my ducting, ran a new AC line and installed piping under my house to connect to natural gas. Not only did they do a professional job of installation, they cleaned up the site as if they were never there. "Another thing that impressed me is that Rheaco did exactly what they said that they would do. That seems to be unusual in today’s business environment. I requested bids from two other local companies and both said that they would look at the job later in the week. However, neither called or showed up during the next two weeks. When I followed up, they said that they forgot. I question if that is the way they do business during the "honeymoon phase" with a prospective customer, then what kind of treatment can I expect after the sale…?
