OUR UNIQUE BUNCH OF GUYS

When property owners suddenly find themselves without heat or air conditioning, they seek the services of a Heating, Venting and Air Conditioning Company who has employed licensed and skilled Service Technicians.  In addition to repairing, the HVAC Installation team may be called upon to install a new system in order to provide or restore the customer’s indoor comfort.  

Service Technicians enjoy the challenge of using their knowledge, hands on approach and strong mechanical aptitude to ensure that systems are operating at peak efficiency.  Service Technicians never know what they are going to do from day to day or even job to job.  One technician could spend the day traveling from one customer to another making routine service and maintenance calls. Another technician might find himself at one location all day performing a major repair.  Any service call / repair may result in 30 minutes and/or possibly 2-3hours. 

HVAC Installers may find themselves involved on the installation of an HVAC system in a new building, constructions site or new home in which they spend several days, weeks or even months at one job site. 

For Both Service & Installation Technicians, they often find themselves working in cramped quarters, on roofs, off ladders, on lifts and or under floors for many hours at a time. Sometimes the application in which they work is without air conditioning or heat, the work environment and weather conditions can be uncomfortable.  One day a short sleeve shirt, then the next day all the clothes you can muster to stay warm.

This Unique Bunch of Guys has a very mental and physically demanding job. During the peak seasons, which occur during the summer and winter when operational demands are placed highest on HVAC systems, this Unique Bunch of Guys works so long grueling hours.  The winter can be an especially challenging time for Service Technicians as they are often called upon to perform emergency repairs during the middle of the night or wee hours of the morning.

Not only having the skills, expertise, knowledge, safety concerns while performing their job, our employees are also required to have strong people skills. Communication is very important between the customer and the employee.  We are honored to have an awesome group of employees who serve our customers with the upmost level of respect and integrity.

So on this FIRST DAY OF 2018, we wanted to express our gratitude to all our employess.  You guys are a great bunch and we are blessed to have you on our team. THANKS TO ALL OUR EMPLOYEES AND THEIR FAMILIES - our families sacrifice a lot as well and for that we are grateful !
