Timothy was born and raised in Sale Creek, Tennessee where he attended school and then attended UTC Chattanooga. Timothy began his career in HVAC during his high school years as a Service Technician. In 1985 established United Service Company and now the owner of Rheaco Service. Timothy has over 40 years of experience in the HVAC and has watched the industry develop by leaps and bounds. Out of all the Lennox dealers, Timothy was asked to serve on a prototype panel for Lennox with ideals and suggestions to enhance their heating & air equipment for customers. Timothy, along with Rheaco’s service manager David Sneed, serves as adviser’s to the Rhea County High School HVAC education program.
Timothy married, his wife Cherie, in 1979 and moved to historical Dayton, Tennessee where they raised their family. They have a daughter and son of whom both are both married. Timothy is affectionately known as Canoe to his grandsons who has him wrapped for sure and with another grandchild on the way – just call him Putty !
Timothy carries the Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama State License for Rheaco Service along with many other licenses and permits that make Rheaco Service a “cut above” others.
Timothy is very passionate about his employees, business and customers. Serving alongside others comes naturally to Timothy as this is part of his gifting and the Rheaco Team has grown due to his leadership.
Timothy can be found riding the 4 wheeler, bush-hogging, mowing or working around the home when not at the office pouring his heart and soul into making Rheaco Service the best service company possible for his employees as well as our valuable customers.
Timothy & Cherie attend Redemption Point Church and love getting together with family and friends as often as possible.
