History of Rheaco Service Inc. | ||
In 2003, Phil Carter then owner of Rheaco Service, Inc. met with Timothy & Cherie Gentry the founders and owners of UNITED SERVICE, INC.
UNITED SERVICE had served Rhea County in the HVAC industry since 1984. Phil and Timothy decided to merge the two businesses and thus Timothy, Cherie and Phil became co-owners of RHEACO SERVICE, INC.
In 2014, Phil decided it was time for retirement and sold RHEACO SERVICE, INC. to Timothy and Cherie.
RHEACO SERVICE is a DAIKIN Pro Dealer, however we sale and service all makes and models. Timothy Gentry holds the state license with enables RHEACO SERVICE to operate in Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama.
Timothy places a strong emphasis on training which keeps our team above the rest. Training of employees is essential in order to stay current with the ever changing technology in the HVAC industry. Timothy acquires or provides training in both technical as well as safety compliance for our employees. Safety training is most beneficial to us as well as our customers and their property.
RHEACO SERVICE continues to be involved in the design and installation of new commercial and residential systems. The design and sales team performs proper load calculations in accordance with applicable Codes and Standards, and designs systems that conform to those requirements. With this type of practice all applications ensures that our customers can experience a comfort system that is properly sized, thus operating at energy efficient levels and costs.
RHEACO SERVICE provides planned maintenance agreements, sales and repair service for both residential and commercial customers. We also provide 24/7 on-call service that enables our business to respond whenever your comfort level has been compromised.
