Riley joined Rheaco Service when he was only 6 weeks old. Dropped off at our office, Riley found his way into the shop area where Ricky saw how skinny and young this little kitten was and fed him Vienna sausage. With that first meal, Riley looked like he had saddle bags on his body but he was a happy well fed cat.
Cherie had a heart to heart with Riley and advised him as long as he “performed his job” then he would be able to stay at Rheaco. And so he did! Every offering was brought to the window of Cherie’s office just to prove he was worth his keep.
Riley certainly has the “life of Riley” cause he is living the dream off of someone else's money. All the employees feed, pet, scratch and baby Riley other than when he starts begging for their food at lunch time. Riley has his own bedroom in the shop and yes Timothy placed a light over his bed for warmth during the winter time. Riley has grown older and chooses to come inside the office to nap in his favorite chair. But you can bet when it’s 5:00 he knows that Phil or Timothy will feed him and put him up for the night.
Riley is very popular, outside salesmen will look for him, customer ask about him and sas to say but when our grandchildren come by for a visit – – – yea they look for Riley first! Thank you Riley for years of service and keeping the office smelling fresh and rat free!
